ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY

Astro-English: from Astronese, the prefix mono- is used here to denote “one” or “that which is singular” and the word cosmism is used in this context to denote “a life” or “lifetime”, altogether then meaning “one lifetime” which refers to the belief held by some Astronists, especially astronaturalists, that this “cosmism” is our only one to make our contributions to the endeavour of transcension.
